eda-ws/ega-ap, designs bosch aftermarket wiper blade worldwide, in closed cooperation with lead development in tienen/belgium and marketing department in karlsruhe/germany. the products we develop includes wiper blades, packaging, rubber, and wiper arm for oe market. we follow bosch and iatf16949 process to control and monitor project management until project launch.

management trainee will have 1-year on-the-job training to learn about the company culture, work process and products, to find out your potential and utilize your strength, and to become a rough stone for the departments after job rotation.
