1. assist to follow the mvp(moen valuable proposal) improvement process;
2. lead some simple training of lean basic knowledge for workers, such as 5s/8 waste;
3. lead some small kaizen or lean projects under the help of lean supervisor;
4. act as a team member to participate in the lean projects led by others;
5. design some small tools or jigs to help improve the quality and efficiency of main products;
6. complete other temporary tasks arranged by leader.
1. 2022 graduate student, bachelor degree or above;
2. interested in lean and willing to study lean knowledge;
3. major in ie/mechanical engineering /automation specialty;
4. good communication and coordination skills, good teamwork attitude;
5. cet-4 or above, good oral and written english skill;
6. fluent in the use of cad.

1. daily tracking the forecast and send the compare report if there is a big fluctuation in demand;
2. work with related department to support high order fill rate, on time rate and customer satisfaction survey;
3. daily follow the sales order on time delivery and highlight to related cs;
